Intensive In-Community Clinician (IIC)

Offered as a full-time or part-time opportunity, this flexible role allows you to set your own schedule, with a focus on evening and weekend availability to best support youth and families referred through the New Jersey Children’s System of Care. As an IIC, you’ll provide in-home and community-based therapy to youth with emotional and behavioral challenges. You’ll receive clinical supervision, collaborate with care teams, and play a key role in helping families all while maintaining autonomy in managing your caseload and sessions.

Requirement: Clinical license LSW, LAC, or LAMFT.

Behavioral Assistant (BA)

This position is offered part-time with flexible scheduling perfect for individuals passionate about supporting youth in home and community settings. BAs work closely with licensed clinicians and families to implement goal-oriented, behavioral interventions that help children and adolescents strengthen emotional regulation and reduce at-risk behaviors. You’ll receive clinical supervision, collaborate with the Child Family Team (CFT), and contribute meaningfully to the well-being of youth referred through the New Jersey Children’s System of Care. A great opportunity for newly graduate professionals looking to grow their skills while making a lasting impact.

Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, or a related discipline) with at least one year of experience working with children or adolescents.

Outpatient Therapist

Join our growing hybrid outpatient program as a therapist serving individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. This position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, with a minimum of 13 direct clinical hours per week. Therapists work in both telehealth and in-person settings (with at least one day per week in our Lodi, NJ office). You’ll have the autonomy to schedule your own clients, with preference for evening or weekend availability. Requirement: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
